Greg Caramenico works primarily on investment funds, including hedge, private equity, and venture capital fund formation. Before law school he was an analyst and technical writer, working with clients in finance, academia, and risk mitigation. He is the co-author of Coming to Mind (University of Chicago Press, 2014) and wrote articles on topics in neuroscience, economics, bioethics, and law.
Greg earned his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. At Cardozo, Greg graduated with a concentration in corporate law and coursework in intellectual property and international business. He has been a judicial extern at the U.S. Court of International Trade, a credit strategy team intern at Morgan Creek Capital Management, and a corporate legal intern at Mitsubishi Chemical & Pharmaceutical. He received his M.A. from Vanderbilt University, and was a research assistant within Vanderbilt Law School’s Law and Neuroscience group. Greg has a particularly strong interest in life sciences investing.
